About Colaru Law Chambers
Colaru Law Chambers aims to provide the very best legal advice and representation with concise and expert legal advice, speedy turnaround of instructions and flexibility.
We are the chambers of Dominic Cooper, called 2002 (Inner Temple)* formerly a practising solicitor (admitted 2004) with higher rights of audience in all civil proceedings and now practising as a barrister regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
Having nearly 20 years experience as a solicitor means that Dominic is adept at helping clients and putting them at ease, by explaining matters in a straightforward way and giving relevant, cogent advice.
Dominic's philosophy is of problem-solving - no matter what the issue, what you and your clients need is an effective, cost-effective way to get a satisfactory conclusion.
Our approach
Our aim is for full client satisfaction. Whether that's by providing quick turnaround to professional lawyers instructing us, flexibility, and ability to take instructions at short notice; or by providing clear, understandable advice to individual clients and businesses instructing us, we put the client first.
We are always up-front about costs and timescales, and we try to solve problems rather than create them!
Having had a long career as a solicitor, Dominic knows the pressures of solicitors firms (for professional instructions) and understands what lay clients are going through. A personable, but expert approach helps ensure that stressful situations can be resolved as effectively as possible.
